Our showroom in Northolt, West London accepts cash payments. All other Todd Doors showrooms operate on a cashless basis, so we kindly ask customers to use a debit or credit card at those locations.

We accept most major credit and debit cards, including Visa and Mastercard. Please note that we do not accept American Express, either online or in our showrooms.

All payments are processed securely through our payment provider, Super Payments. They also offer credit options, which will be presented at checkout where applicable.

Pay In 3

Pay in 3, splits payments into 3 equal, interest free payments. The first payment will be due at checkout, and Super Payments will notify you of the subsequent payment dates once you have been accepted for credit.

Pay Later

Pay Later allows you to pay £0 today for your order and split the balance over 6, 12, 24 Months. Interest is charged at 29.9% APR (variable). After a credit check Super Payments will notify you if your application for credit has been successful and the amount of credit you have been granted, along with the option of how many months you wish to split your payments over.

What if I have a question or problem with my credit

Once your credit application has been approved and your order has been placed, Todd Doors will no longer be able to assist with any queries relating to your credit agreement.

For any questions, support, or resolution regarding your credit account, you will need to contact Super Payments directly using the contact details provided at the time of your application.

When you make a payment with us, either in one of our showrooms or on our website, todd-doors.co.uk, the payment will be taken immediately.

 Yes, all prices displayed on our website are inclusive of VAT.

You may pay through a third party; however, our contract will remain with the party who made payment for the order. Should any issues arise during the product guarantee period, the named party will be responsible for contacting us to resolve the matter.

Due to GDPR regulations, we are only able to discuss order details with the named party.
