We know how important it is for your doors to arrive on time and in perfect condition. This page answers the most common questions about our delivery and collection service, including how long delivery takes, where we deliver, what it costs, and how to arrange collection if prefered.

Where do you deliver to?

We offer a delivery service with nationwide coverage and usually deliver using our own vehicles and staff. Beyond our fleet's range, we use the Palletways network to make kerbside palletised deliveries. Do you deliver to my country?

We are able to accommodate orders for customers outside of mainland UK; however, it is the customer's responsibility to arrange transportation of the goods from our Distribution Centre to their specified delivery address or country.

How long is the delivery and who will deliver my doors?

Standard Deliveries
Our standard delivery lead time is typically 7 to 10 working days from the date of order. However, many orders are fulfilled quicker than this.
Priority Dispatch Service
If your product is in stock and you require it urgently, we offer a Priority Dispatch Service for a small additional charge. With this service, your order will be prioritised, and our team will contact you to confirm whether delivery will be made via courier (kerbside service) or one of our own vehicles.
Courier deliveries typically do not occur on weekends. Delivery times under the Priority Dispatch Service generally range between 1–3 working days, but our team will confirm the exact schedule so you can plan accordingly.
Who will deliver your doors?
We offer a nationwide delivery service, primarily using our own vehicles and dedicated delivery staff. For locations beyond the reach of our fleet, we partner with the Palletways network to provide kerbside palletised deliveries.

What is the delivery cost?

Delivery costs are based entirely on your geographic location. Wherever possible, doors are delivered using our own vans and trained delivery staff. Due to the size and weight of doors and frames, our drivers are specifically trained to handle them safely and professionally. While they always appreciate assistance on-site, please note that they are unable to carry items upstairs or across uneven or unsafe surfaces, even with help. Can I pick up my order instead of delivery?

Yes, you can pick up your order instead of getting it delivered? At checkout, simply choose the Click & Collect option, choose your preferred Collection Centre, and wait for your email confirmation to say your order is ready to collect.
