What do I do if my product is faulty?

In the unlikely event that a product has been delivered by us or one of our approved carriers is faulty, we will exchange the item or provide you with a full refund, which includes delivery charges, so long as we are notified of the product's fault within 30 days, in writing.
Please do this by sending an email to [email protected], giving as much detail as possible regarding the fault (please enclose images if possible) and provide us with your original web order/sales order number.

Can I replace the glass in my door?

Whilst it is technically feasible to replace the glass within your door, we strongly advise against doing so. The glass is meticulously installed during the beading process by a team of specialists. Removing the glass necessitates the removal of the beading, which carries a significant risk of causing irreparable damage to the door.
It is important to note that any attempts to modify the door will result in the voiding of all warranties and liabilities associated with the product.

Why is my door bowing?

A warped door (bowing) is a common issue that occurs when the wood used to make the door becomes distorted, causing it to no longer hang straight or fit properly in its frame.
Common causes of door warping include excessive humidity, temperature changes, and atmospheric conditions. Detecting a warped door involves checking for signs such as uneven gaps between the door and its frame, doors hanging at a slant, or difficulty in opening and closing. Promptly addressing this issue is crucial to prevent further damage and maintain door functionality.

What is the guarantee on door furniture?

Todd Doors will guarantee Todd Doors, Stahlwerk & Charles Todd branded products, in line with their anticipated use, against design and mechanical defects for a period of 10 years from the date of purchase, subject to valid proof of purchase.
As a result of unknown factors such as, but not limited to, location of product installation or anticipated levels of use, the aesthetic finish of Todd Doors, Stahlwerk and Charles Todd products is guaranteed for a period of 1 year from the date of purchase, subject to valid proof of purchase.
