From the very first minute that a new recruit joins us, they set upon a journey to become a Todd Doors' Door Expert. Beginning with their intense 6-week training programme, ongoing mentoring and regular industry and product training and review sessions, our Retail Sales staff have to work extremely hard to earn the title "Door Expert". Whether giving practical, knowledgeable advice or simply providing our customers with exceptional levels of service in-store, over the telephone or online, we believe that our Door Experts make Todd Doors the stand-out choice when choosing timber internal or external doors.
