Branch Manager, Oxford Showroom (New Showroom)

Todd Doors, the UK’s leading supplier of quality timber doors and accessories, are recruiting for an experienced, enthusiastic and target driven Branch Manager to spearhead the opening campaign and subsequent trading of our new Oxford showroom.  You will receive full support from the Todd Doors team in recruitment, induction and sales management.

At Todd Doors, we pride ourselves in delivering the very highest levels of customer service and product knowledge. We don’t bother with salesmen, we employ people and create door experts who can take a customer’s ambition and help it become reality. If you have the ability and determination, we will train you in our products and help you build a career.

This exciting vacancy has arisen for a proficient product sales professional to become a member of our team and to be involved in our new store from day one.

The successful candidate will bring their experience of managing a team, providing great customer service and be from a background of product knowledge driven or technical sales in a similar retail / showroom / face to face environment.

Our people delight in assisting with all aspects of a customer journey, from initial contact to booking the final delivery in a confident, efficient, professional, yet friendly manner.

This is a full time, permanent role, with great prospects for progression, previous experience in the door industry is not necessary.

The store will trade:

Mon – Fri 08.00 – 17.00

Sat 09.00 – 17.00

Sun 10.00 – 16.00

Working on a rota basis

Salary £30K p.a.

Door Expert - Collection Centre - Viking House, Northolt

Todd Doors, the UK’s leading supplier of quality timber doors are recruiting now for an enthusiastic Door Expert to join our Collection Centre Team based at our Northolt Head Office.  Dealing with both trade and retail, you will be advising customers on their purchases,  plus picking and packing ironmongery for deliveries, in a Warehouse environment. 

At Todd Doors, we pride ourselves in delivering the very highest levels of customer service and product knowledge. This exciting vacancy has arisen for an experienced and professional product sales person to become a valuable member of our team.

The successful Door Expert will bring their valuable experience of selling specific products or technical sales in a similar environment to this job, dealing with all customer orders and queries in a confident, efficient, professional, yet friendly manner. Comprehensive product training will be given.  The role is more hands on than the Showroom Door Expert role as it also involves picking and packing ironmongery for customer orders within our warehouse.   Attention to detail is essential to ensure correct products are picked for customers and for involvement with stocktakes.

Mon-Sat (5 days per week) 08.00-17.30

Starting Salary £20,995.00 p.a. rising to £22,542.00 p.a. after probation.









Weekend Sales Consultants/Door Experts - High Wycombe

1 x Saturday position      Hours 09.00 – 17.00

1 X Sunday position       Hours 10.00- 16.00

 

Todd Doors, the UK’s leading supplier of quality timber doors are recruiting now for enthusiastic, motivated Weekend Sales Consultants to join our High Wycombe based team, selling high quality doors to individuals and trade customers.  At Todd Doors, we pride ourselves in delivering the very highest levels of customer service and product knowledge.

This is an exciting opportunity, which may suit a local college/6th Form students or semi-retired individuals, to become valuable members of our team working Saturdays or Sundays with the flexibility to cover both days. The successful candidates must deal with customers queries face to face, via the telephone and emails in a confident, efficient, professional, yet friendly manner. Comprehensive sales and product training will be given. Candidates should be over 16 years or over and ideally reside permanently in the High Wycombe area.

 

Starting salary £9.50 per hour, increasing to £10.20 after probation









Fulltime Sales Consultants/Door Experts - High Wycombe

Hours on a rota basis including every other weekend.

Monday – Friday      08.00 – 17.00

Saturday                   09.00 – 17.00
