Ecommerce Manager - Viking House, Northolt

Todd Doors, the UK’s leading supplier of quality timber doors are recruiting now for an experienced, motivated and professional Ecommerce Manager to be part of their expanding Sales & Marketing department.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the ongoing optimisation of the online customer experience, conversion rate and average order value - making Todd Doors into the automatic choice for people looking to buy door and ironmongery online, in-store or by phone.

You will work closely with and provide direction to our outsourced SEO, PPC, Creative & content marketing specialists as well as our U.S based Web Development team, who specialise in SuiteCommerce Platforms (Netsuite).

You will also conduct and roll-out a continual test and learn plan to enhance the current website User Experience and ensure the accuracy and comprehensiveness of product information online.

Improving ecommerce channel performance through on-site merchandising and product placement as well as developing a new onsite customer engagement programme utilising Oracle Bronto email marketing software will also be a key part of the role as will the setup and management of our new smart search facility, SearchSpring.


Required Key Skills:

Owning and taking responsibility – You’ll drive ecommerce growth in the UK and be at the forefront of achieving our ambition to dominate the door and ironmongery market.

Strong online trading/commercial experience – You’ll have a minimum of 5 years demonstrable experience within a similar role from a retail background.

Advanced understanding of E-commerce, with hands on experience of online merchandising, customer journey analysis, online marketing, website analytics and CRO and new technology implementation.

Strong coding skills – able to manipulate templated website pages to provide bespoke online content (non essential but would be advantageous)

Demonstrable experience of working within an omnichannel retail sales environment.

The ability to present and influence at a senior level.

Be action orientated. This is a role for someone who’s prepared to be very hands on. Building a team up around them, but able to do the practical side of the task.

Experience of driving Ecommerce projects from business case to delivery, on-time and within budget.
Advanced analytics skills.

Customer focused – a passion for delivering the very best online experience.
 

Starting salary: Up to £50,000 dependent on experience

Todd Doors, the UK’s leading supplier of quality timber doors and accessories, are recruiting for an enthusiastic Assistant Retail Manager to support the showroom Manager in the opening campaign and subsequent trading of our new Twickenham showroom.

Todd Doors, the UK’s leading supplier of quality timber doors are recruiting now for enthusiastic, motivated Weekend Sales Consultants to join our High Wycombe based team, selling high quality doors to individuals and trade customers.  At Todd Doors, we pride ourselves in delivering the very highest levels of customer service and product knowledge.

This is an exciting opportunity, which may suit a local college or 6th Form students, to become valuable members of our team working Saturdays or Sundays with the flexibility to cover both days. The successful candidates must deal with customers queries face to face, via the telephone and emails in a confident, efficient, professional, yet friendly manner. Comprehensive sales and product training will be given. Candidates should be over 16lys or over and ideally reside permanently in the High Wycombe area.


£9.50 per hour, increasing to £10.20 per hour after probation
