Prices In-Store & Online
Although generally the prices displayed online are the same as in-store pricing, there may be some occasions when online prices are different due to exclusive online promotions, offers or reductions. As a result we recommend that you check our website for the most up to date pricing and very best offers.
Price Changes
Prices do sometimes change. Todd Doors will always do our best to offer you the very best value for money that is available. As soon as your order is placed with us, generally, the price is guaranteed and will not change.
Product Availability - In-store & Online
Many (but not all) of the products featured on our website are available to view in one of our stores. On each product page there will be a list of stores in green - this is where the products are currently on display. We recommend, if in doubt, that you contact your local store prior to making a special journey to confirm that what you wish to view is currently on display.
Prices & Availability Errors
Todd Doors endeavour to display the most up to date, most accurate and most reliable information on our website at all times. However, there may be occasions when some of the information may be incorrect, containing typographical errors or inaccuracies. Any such errors are completely unintentional and we apologise in advance for any inconveniences caused.
If a pricing error has been made, we reserve the right to suspend your order and to contact you via phone to confirm the correct price and ask you whether or not you wish to proceed with the order. We are not obliged to supply goods at the incorrect price. We also reserve the right to amend errors and to update product information at any time without prior notice.

Out of Stock Items
With over 25,000 doors generally held in stock, we hope very much that your chosen product will be available to you quickly. During your purchase process, as you are selecting door sizes, you will be given a stock level indication, next product availability date or generic lead-time.
