With Click and Collect at Todd Doors, simply order online or through a showroom and pick up your order at a time that suits you.
We offer two collection centres across the UK to click and collect your orders - we'll keep you updated on your order status throughout the process.

When you get here:
Enter the yard area to the right-hand side of the building and park to the left of the gates. Please park carefully and be aware of forklifts and HGVs that may be operating. Do not attempt to enter through the warehouse shutters.

Enter the Customer Collection Centre lounge via the double doors to the left of the large shutters, and one of the Door Experts will organise the loading to your vehicle.

Parking:
Parking is available outside the collection centre for easy loading/unloading.

FAQs

Which stores offer a Click and Collect service?
We currently offer two locations that offer a click-and-collect service.
London (Northolt) and Bournemouth.

How long do I have to pick up my order in-store?
We will store your order for up to 4 weeks after they become available for collection. After this, we charge a storage fee of £10 per week until your order has been collected.

What time can I collect my order in-store?
Once you have been notified your order is ready for collection, you can collect it during the hours detailed below:

London Collection Centre:
Monday - Friday: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
Saturday: 9:00 am - 5:00 pm

Bournemouth Showroom:
Monday - Friday: 8:00 am - 4:45 pm

What do I need to bring with me when I collect my order from in-store?
When your order is ready for collection, please bring a copy of your order with you to collect your goods.

Can I get someone else to collect my order in-store for me?
Yes, someone else can collect your order if they have a copy of your order confirmation or the following details:

• Your billing address
• Your email address
• Your phone number

Will I be charged for collecting my order in-store?
No, our Click and Collect service is free for all customers.
