Image Share - Terms & Conditions

I consent to Todd Doors Ltd using photographs and imagery taken by myself, with the consent of the property owner, of products sold by Todd Doors Ltd for the purposes of internally and externally promoting Todd Doors Ltd. These images could be used in any media (existing or later created or made available) including print and digital media formats such as print publications, brochures, websites, e-marketing, posters, banners, advertising, film, social media, training, and research purposes.

I understand that images on websites can be viewed throughout the world and not just in the United Kingdom and that some overseas countries may not provide the same level of protection to the rights of individuals as UK legislation provides. 

I understand that images may be kept permanently once they are published and be kept in an archive by Todd Doors Ltd.

I agree that by uploading images to Todd Doors Ltd;

• I will not be paid a fee in respect of any use made of the photograph(s) but have the opportunity of being placed into a monthly draw, where a winner will be selected at random, and who will be given a cash prize of £100.
• Todd Doors Ltd shall have the right to edit, modify, crop, add to or subtract from the photographs and imagery at its entire discretion and without my approval.
• I have read and understand the competition Terms & Conditions detailed below and consent to my images and or video recordings being used as described.
• Todd Doors Ltd is committed to processing information in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). The personal data collected on this form will be held securely and will only be used for administrative purposes. 

Your Rights

You have the right to request to see a copy of the information we hold about you and to request corrections or deletions of the information that is no longer required. You can ask Todd Doors Ltd to stop using your images at any time, in which case it will not be used in future publications but may continue to appear in publications already in circulation.

You have the right to lodge a complaint against Todd Doors Ltd regarding data protection issues with the Information Commissioner’s Office (https://ico.org.uk/concerns/).

Competition Terms & Conditions

Upon uploading your image(s) you will be entered into a monthly prize draw, of which the winner will receive £100 cash prize.

The draw will be made monthly on 1st of each month and the winner chosen.

The winner will be announced publicly on social media within 7 days of the draw being made.

The winner of the draw will be contacted via e-mail to process the prize payment. Prize payment will be processed within 28 days of the draw being made.

Limited to one entry per person per calendar month. Additional entries will not be included in the draw.
