Find the Doors & Accessories You Wish to Buy

To find the doors or accessories that you are looking for, either select the appropriate department from the top navigation menu or type the name of what you want into the search box at the top of the page. You will be presented with a list of filtered products from which you can narrow your search by price, style, timber, availability, brand, finish and/or type.

Add Products to Your Basket

Adding a product to your basket couldn't be simpler. Wherever you see a "Buy Now" or "Buy" button, when clicked it will add your chosen number of products to your basket. If you are choosing a door all you need to do is select the appropriate size from the drop down list, choose your quantity and click the green "Buy" button.

Review Your Basket

You can see what products you have added to your basket by hovering over the green basket icon at the top of the page. If you wish to amend any items in your basket you can do this by clicking "go to cart" - at this point you will be able to add to or remove products within your basket.

Checkout

When you have found everything that you are looking for, firstly review your basket, then click "checkout". In this screen you will have a final opportunity to make any amendments and will be able to getting a cost for shipping to your chosen delivery postcode. As soon as you are entirely happy, click the blue "Checkout" button at the bottom of the page.

Invoice & Delivery Addresses and Payment

Finally you will be re-directed to our intuitive 1 page checkout. On this page you will be asked to provide your invoice address (the address where your payment card is registered), your chosen delivery address (if different to your invoice address), your payment card details and there will be a final opportunity to review the contents of your order and its total value. As soon as you are entirely happy, click the green "Complete Purchase" button at the bottom of the page. Your order payment will then be processed by SuperPayments and your Bank/Card issuer where you may be asked to further authenticate your payment if you have this extra security set up.
