When you get here:
Enter the yard area to the right-hand side of the building and park to the left of the gates. Please park carefully and be aware of forklifts and HGVs that may be operating. Do not attempt to enter through the warehouse shutters.
Enter the Customer Collection Centre lounge via the double doors to the left of the large shutters, and one of the Door Experts will organise the loading to your vehicle.
Parking:
Parking is available outside the collection centre for easy loading/unloading.

Collection Point Opening Times:
Head toward the Norton Motorcycles factory and museum; the entrance is just past our rear gates and clearly marked with signage.
The doorbell is located outside, with the office just inside the shutter. A member of staff will assist with your collection once the order reference or Click & Collect details are provided.
Please allow up to allow 20 minutes for your order to be picked.
Parking is available at the rear yard, please then make your way to the door at the back of the building.

We will store your order for up to 4 weeks after it becomes available for collection. After this, we will charge a storage fee of £10 per week until your order has been collected.
