As soon as you order has been entered on to our system, one of our Online Door Experts will contact you to verbally confirm your order and to book delivery.

On completion of your order we will invite you, via Trustpilot - an independent review company, to review the products that you have bought and the service that you experienced.

Should you order be to a Zone 2 - 5 delivery area (find out more) then the delivery will normally be handled by a third party courier service. They may contact you regarding your delivery.
